Placing an order is easy, simply
follow these steps.
1. Click Add to cart to place the item you
want to buy in your cart if you plan on purchasing more than one product. Otherwise, click on Buy now if you need just that product.
2. Once you have finished shopping, click on the cart icon to view items in your cart and make payment. If you are satisfied with your cart, proceed to Checkout.
3. Fill in your information and create an account. Creating an account means you won’t to fill in those details each time you want to make a purchase, all you have to is login. Creating an account is not mandatory.
4. You would be taken to the Confirm and Pay page. Review and confirm the items in your order and make payment
5. An order confirmation would be sent once payment has been received and confirmed and shipping will be processed.
Unfortunately, We can’t cancel or change your order after it has been placed. Please make sure to confirm products before purchase.
However, you can change your shipping details. If there’s a mistake or change in shipping address that absolutely needs to be corrected, please reach out to customer care immediately (+2347031274076 ) We do not guarantee that any changes would be made and there may be changes in delivery fee.

We feel terrible when this happens. Sadly, it is possible that a product, even though available on system, is not available in the warehouse. We work very hard on reducing the chances of this occurring.
In the case of this, a refund will be sent and the other products in your order will be shipped (if other products were purchased). The fund can also be used as a store credit and a replacement picked and delivered to you free of charge.
Yes you can, just choose the stockpile option at check out. Please note that it is advisable you create an account with us to do and stockpile lasts for only two weeks
Sadly, shopnandra at this time does not issue refunds. Please reach out to us within 48hours of delivery If you order doesn’t fit right or is delivered with faults or damage.
You can reach out to customer care and a return form will be sent to you. Please note that we can only exchange a return, we would not be sending a refund.
If the item was delivered damaged, we would cover the shipping fee. Otherwise, you may be required to pay another shipping fee.

Yes, you can pick up your order at 1, Bassie Ogamba street, off Adeniran Ogunsanya, Surulere. Please endeavor to choose to pick up option at the check out. Pickups are available within 2 days
Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days within lagos and 2-5 working days outside lagos depending on your location.
If you need to get your order urgently, please pick the Express Delivery option (if it is available for your location) and leave a note in your check out. You can check the shipping policy here

We sincerely apologize for this. If there’s a missing item in your package, do not panic. Please reach out to customer care and we will sort this out. Another delivery will be scheduled at our expense and your missing item delivered to you. Otherwise, you would be issued a refund or a store credit to purchase another item.
Yes honey, please include this information in your order note. Also reach out on the sales channel where previous order was made with your order number from the website.
